Setting out on a road trip is my favorite way to get perspective in my life. I love the feeling of watching the world go by outside the car window, light filtering through the trees driving down country roads and stopping to explore towns that time has left alone. I went with Claire to visit her home town of Houston, Texas and for a little over a week we took the long way around the state. Stopping at the small towns, chatting with locals, eating BBQ and exploring the places that get passed by at 75mph.
